The Bayhouse is a water front vacation house named for its magnificent wide-open views out over the bay - perfect for sunrise. The waterfront location is stunning with its natural beauty and wildlife, and now a new pool right in front! We often see egrets, pelicans, osprey, herons, and playful porpoise. You can see why the Bayhouse has a large screened porch plus a full glass wall (sliding doors) facing the water!

The Bayhouse has been renovated and modernized, with new appliances and an improved floor plan. The peaked-ceiling great room (above right) and Florida room (above center) feature tile floors, hardwood wainscoting and ceilings, and plenty of windows to enjoy the outdoor beauty. The Bayhouse shares a deluxe new pier and the landscaped grounds with Bayside Tropical Cottages. With its location in the Village Center you can easily walk to everything you need, like world-class restaurants, unique shops, and fun activities. Rent a kayak and keep it at The Bayhouse for early morning, when wildlife is most active. After a long day on the boat or beach, relax in the private, outdoor whirlpool spa (hot tub). A shared deluxe stainless gas barbeque (conveniently located next to Bayhouse) grills your dinner to perfection. Outdoor furnishings make the Bayhouse lawn a perfect spot for anytime of day: sipping morning coffee while watching the wildlife, midday shade under the palms, sunning in the refreshing breeze, or relaxing with a cocktail as the evening changes colors.
