Island House  is a private cottage right in the Captiva Village center, just across Binder Lane from the bay shore. It's built in the old Florida style, and is registered as a historical cottage. This is a great location with such easy walking convenience to shops and restaurants.

Island House has two bedrooms and two baths, plus a day bed in a smaller room. There is a full kitchen, a glassed-in porch, and a nice back yard. It has a laundry with washer/dryer. Stroll down Andy Rosse Lane to the beach.
