With its location in the Village Center you can walk to everything you need.
But you don't have to walk far to the beach -- you're already there!
And just two houses down the beach is the world-famous Mucky Duck restaurant with its beachfront cocktail patio -- what a treat!
The great room at Stafford On The Beach has 20-foot high vaulted ceilings and massive, solid woodwork throughout.
If you enjoy openness, you'll be happy at this chalet!
After watching sunset on the beach, relax in the deluxe Hot Spring Grandee model (7 adult) spa hot tub (yes, this one does get hot).
Then let the cool Gulf breezes and rhythmic sigh of the surf lull you to sleep at night.
(The Stafford does have two-zone central air conditioning, just in case.)
There are three bedrooms, plus a pull-out sleep sofa in the den area.
The master bedroom suite has a nice beach view (see photo below).

A great screened porch on the beach front of Stafford overlooks the native tropical plantings and the beach, with plenty of room for entertaining, relaxing, or dining.
Steps lead down from the porch and out onto the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico beach, making a quick dip in the ocean so easy!
Beach items (chairs, floats, etc.), are provided.
Downstairs includes a car port and large screened area housing the whirlpool spa hot tub, chairs and tables, and sink.
The Stafford is surrounded by more than an acre of mature trees and tropical landscaping, making it a most private as well as beautiful home.
Home Office Technology and Entertainment
The Stafford is equipped as a great home office with free, unlimited long distance telephone and broadband Internet, plus plenty of entertainment.
We've installed high-speed Internet (3MB/sec downloads) with a hardware firewall, 54G wireless access (even works on the beach), and four-port Ethernet switch.
The livingroom entertainment center features a state-of-the-art home theatre system with large screen (32-inch CRT) television, cable, six speaker surround system with subwoofer,
progressive-scan DVD 5-disc changer, component video connections, Dolby Digital and DTS decoder, VHS VCR / CD / AM / FM.
It plays many types of recorded CDs, including MP3 and JPEG files and even DVD-R discs.
In the master bedroom is another big stereo TV with cable and a VHS VCR.
The second bedroom has a stereo TV with cable and a DVD player.
Finally, the third bedroom has an audio system with cassette and CD changer.
The equipment is subject to change, of course, as we modernize; and occasionally things wear out and are removed.
