Welcome to beautiful Capiva Island, Florida and paradise! This lovely vacation rental home is located on a five home cul de sac, in the private, quiet, community of "Sunset Captiva." The community is centrally located on more than 6 miles of spectacular beach on the Gulf Of Mexico. It's also conveniently close to The Village and the finest in dining, shopping, and recreation.

Enjoy the pool, dock, two tennis courts, and recreation area complete with gas grills and picnic tables. From our home, you are close to the boardwalk to the beach, the marina, and to finest in dining, shopping, and recreation. This is a place that is great to walk and explore.

Upstairs, the home has a king size bed with a private bath and sun deck with lounge chairs. There is also another bedroom with two twin beds. Half bath is on the main. Screened porch, on main level, overlooks a private picnic area and has a table with four chairs and a lounge chair for relaxing. There is an outdoor shower, a washer, dryer and wireless internet service. Tiled floor for main level: living / dining room, bar area, kitchen, laundry.

The home is completely furnished. Sorry, no smoking and no pets are permitted. We have new furniture (January 2007). Bring your tooth brush.

Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool floats, games, books, are provided free to our guests. Cribs, bikes, scooters, etc., may be rented from local dealers only a short walk from our home. Boats may be rented or chartered at the marina just across the road from Sunset Captiva - on the Intra-coastal waterway.
