The Bay House (three bedroom, two bath, sleeps 6)

The cottages share the landscaped grounds (including gas grill) and a lovely heated pool with The Bayhouse. This location in the Village Center means you can easily walk to everything you need, like world-class restaurants, unique shops, and fun activities. Rent a kayak and keep it at Captiva Cottages for early morning, when wildlife is most active.

Each cottage has its own individual arrangement and unique character. All of the cottages are quite cute, with one bed (and a sleep sofa in some cottages), a full bathroom, living room and surprisingly efficient kitchenette. Due to frequent upgrades, furnishings sometimes will vary from those pictured on this website.

The cottages have air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI internet, and a screened lanai. Up to 2 persons can be accommodated in each cottage. The bedroom areas are separated from the living room. These cottages are very well kept inside and out, and you’ll find them clean just as the grounds are neat and trim.

Comfort and convenience with great amenities make Captiva Cottages popular. Its excellent value allows visitors to enjoy Captiva for much longer compared to the rates for some other homes. All are ground level – a consideration for those who do not wish to trek up and down a lot of stairs during their vacation. In fact, only one low step is needed to reach the interior.
