American Realty of Captiva is a small, family-owned business managed by long-time Captiva Island residents – experienced and professional.

What makes us different? We have detailed and personal knowledge of each rental property. And we like to hear from you: give us feedback… we care what your experiences are.

We also know the history and culture of Captiva, its businesses, and many of its permanent and seasonal residents – we live here too!

Our office is in the heart of Captiva Village – not some office park on the mainland. You get dedicated on-site help: we’re open seven days a week, with extended hours many days.

Work one-on-one with any of our professional staff members, and when you visit Captiva come by the office and meet us in person! As a smaller company, we can offer you more rental options and flexibility than any mega-corporation. So let us work with you to turn your vacation wish list into reality!
