A Shore Thing is only 400 feet from the Captiva Island beach. Located at the corner of Gore Lane and Wiles Drive, this quiet home is still near Captiva Village, with easy walking convenience to shops and restaurants.
The beach is a really easy walk along a delightful path. The property has a beautiful and private backyard, with nice landscaping front and back. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a roomy, furnished sun patio and enclosed by a privacy wall and dense tropical plantings.
Inside, a comfortable family room has a cable TV, deluxe ceiling fan, and lots of natural light, with a door opening onto the private backyard. The living room is charming with its fireplace (not operational), stuffed chairs, and a deluxe ceiling fan. The kitchen is really well equipped: ice maker, dishwasher, installed GE Magnum convection/microwave, and lots of glassware. Adjacent is the dining room, with a table seating eight.

Perfect home with all the amenities! Very clean and spacious home, beautiful private pool/patio area, steps to the beach and close walk to all the restaurants!
We can’t imagine a better place to stay!
Wonderful home. Have stayed here 3 times and will return. American Reality has been very professional and helpful with any issues that arise. The owner is wonderful, cares about the property and the renters. The home is spacious with 2 separate areas for sleeping. We went with children and grandchildren and we slept in a the master suite which is on the other side of the home and had our peace and quiet when needed. Good location to beach and village. See you all soon 🙂
