These homes are undoubtedly the best value on Captiva Island, offering an outstanding waterfront location and clean, comfortable interiors at a bargain price. They are perfect for extended stay couples, naturalists, boaters (bring your boat or rent one), larger families and groups (rent several cottages).
Smart TV’s ( 50 inch or larger) are located in both the living room and bedroom of the cottage !
Captiva Cottages provides beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your day at the beach !
Parking is limited to one car. Dock is currently not available for use.

- Cancellation Policy As of 2019, you may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments (except the reservation fee with tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
