Captiva Cottages are eight vacation cottages on landscaped grounds, right on the water facing Pine Island Sound. Relax among peaceful, natural beauty, and enjoy our pool! These homes are undoubtedly the best value on Captiva Island, offering an outstanding waterfront location and clean, comfortable interiors at a bargain price. They are perfect for extended-stay couples, naturalists, boaters (bring your boat or rent one), and larger families, and groups (rent several cottages).
Smart TVs ( 50 inches or larger) are located in both the living room and bedroom of the cottage !
Captiva Cottages provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your day at the beach !
Parking is limited to one car. The dock is now available for use at $75 per night.

- Cancellation Policy As of 2019, you may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments (except the reservation fee with tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.

This place and small oasis is unreal. I go every year and hate leaving. Steps to the dock that is on the gentle water of the bay..or maybe it’s a Sound? Either way it has incredible sunrises every morning that I watch from the adirondacks. The pool is also always empty and the pool views are unbeatable. Great price for these Cottages being waterside
The recent updates have made this cottage a much happier place to stay. I would not consider this cottage to be handicapped accessible since itKs a high step into the tub. There is no view of the water from any window or the lanai which I feel should lower the rental rate a bit since cottages close to the water with a view are a bit higher. All that being said, staying at the Bayside Cottage is being in a special corner of heaven to me. The dock into the bay, the pool and the quick walk to the beach make up a location that I hate to leave each year and look forward to returning to. The rest of the world melts away so it is truly a vacation location.
