Sea Grapes is beachfront in a great area of Captiva Island. It’s quiet and not densely populated here, yet still quite convenient to the Captiva Village center with its shops and restaurants. The house is very spacious and enjoys a nice beachfront patio with a dining area, plus an open sun deck directly overlooking the beach. There’s a private hot shower outdoors – great after swimming!

Sea Grapes has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the main level is the primary bedroom (king bed) with an en-suite bathroom including a step-in oversize shower with a glass door. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and shares the guest full bathroom with a tub shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms (one with tub shower and one with a step-in shower). A pleasant sitting area has a mini-bar with a fridge, and a quiet nook facing the beach is perfect for reading.
