Surfcomber is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The house is located along Captiva Drive, in the desirable and sparsely
populated “Gold Coast” section of Captiva Island. This is a great location with lots of privacy and a gorgeous
stretch of white-sand beach. The grounds on the east side of the house are an elegant and lovingly-tended garden with
cute pathways among flowers, tropical plants, and trees.
Surfcomber has a large private heated pool with an in-ground spa tub. The house is spacious and capitalizes
on its beachfront location: kitchen, dining room, living room, primary bedroom, and screened porch all
overlook the beach. Enjoy the 50-inch television in the living room with its fireplace and
cathedral ceiling (sorry, fireplaces are not available to guests).
The four-bedroom suites each have a full bath, and the primary suite (with a private elevator)
has a screened veranda overlooking the beach. The entire house is designer-decorated.
